Therapy in The Woodlands, Texas
You’re tired of feeling burdened by anxiety, depression, and stress.
It’s like you can never Move forward, no matter how hard you try.
You’re tired of holding it all together. Maybe you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in cycles of conflict, or feeling the weight of depression. You might be navigating sleepless nights as a new mom, stretched thin as a parent, feeling lost in college, or trying to make sense of life as a teenager. Maybe you’re dealing with complex family or relationship dynamics. Whatever you're facing, it’s left you feeling disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of who you are.
I offer therapy and parenting coaching to help you navigate these challenges with clarity and confidence. The pressure to appear okay can be crushing, but you don’t have to do this alone. With the right support, you can regain balance, strengthen your relationships, and move forward with greater ease and emotional resilience.
Sound like you?
Struggling with the demands of life
Tired of feeling misunderstood
Ready to stop the constant “what if” loops in your mind
Wishing that you could enjoy the season instead of just surviving it
Here’s what we’ll do together
Therapy can help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you're not alone in it. In our first session, we’ll begin with an intake—I'll ask questions to get to know you better: what’s bringing you in, what your life looks like right now, and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. This session is about building a foundation of trust and understanding, so you can feel safe and supported as we move forward. As therapy unfolds, it becomes a collaborative process—one where we explore what’s getting in the way and begin using practical, evidence-based tools to support your growth. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, parenting stress, or trauma, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thinking patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support emotional regulation, and Brainspotting to gently process and heal trauma. Best of all, I listen and work alongside you, believing that you are the expert on your own life.
At the end of the day, I want you to know:
You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Taking the first step into therapy is an act of courage—a leap of faith toward healing, growth, and a more connected version of yourself. You’re not broken, you’re human—and with the right support, change is possible.
What we’ll work on
Imagine a life where…
Your relationships feel authentic, open, and emotionally fulfilling.
Work doesn’t feel like something you’re just surviving day to day.
You’re connected to yourself and finding peace even when life feels uncertain.
Your past no longer feels like it’s running the show.
Change is possible.
Change is possible.

FAQs
-
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a type of therapy that helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. The idea is that by changing negative or unhelpful thoughts, you can feel better and act in healthier ways. It's like learning to recognize patterns that might be holding you back and replacing them with thoughts that help you cope better with challenges. In therapy, we'll work together to identify these thoughts and come up with new ways of thinking that make you feel more positive and in control.
-
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a type of therapy that helps you manage intense emotions and improve how you cope with stress. It teaches skills for staying calm and making better decisions, especially when you're feeling overwhelmed or upset. DBT focuses on balancing two things: accepting yourself as you are while also working to make positive changes. It includes learning skills in four areas: mindfulness (staying present), distress tolerance (handling tough moments), emotion regulation (managing your feelings), and interpersonal effectiveness (improving relationships). It's a helpful tool for dealing with emotional ups and downs in healthier ways.
-
Brainspotting is a type of therapy that helps you heal from past trauma or emotional pain by using your brain’s natural ability to process difficult memories. During Brainspotting, your therapist will help you focus on specific eye positions that connect to your emotional experiences. By paying attention to where your eyes go, your brain can start to process and release trapped emotions or memories. It's like giving your brain the space it needs to heal, without needing to talk through everything. This method helps you feel calmer, more in control, and better able to move forward.
